Tour Overview
This 7-day Golden Triangle Tour with Mandawa combines the classic Delhi, Agra and Jaipur route with the historic Shekhawati town of Mandawa. The journey starts in Delhi, where you can explore major landmarks including the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Humayun’s Tomb and India Gate. From Delhi, travel to Mandawa to discover its beautifully painted havelis, traditional architecture and historic streets.
The tour then continues to Jaipur, the Pink City, with visits to Amber Fort, City Palace, Hawa Mahal and the colourful markets of the old city. From Jaipur, travel to Agra, stopping at the historic Chand Baori stepwell in Abhaneri along the way. In Agra, visit the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort before returning to Delhi.

Tour Itinerary:
Upon arrival at Delhi Airport, meet your private driver, who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. Once you check in, take some time to settle in and relax after your journey. The rest of the day is free to rest or explore the surrounding area at your own pace.
Enjoy an overnight stay in Delhi before beginning your Golden Triangle and Mandawa sightseeing the following day.
After breakfast, set out with your private driver to explore some of Delhi’s most important historical, cultural and architectural landmarks. Begin with the Red Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most significant surviving monuments of the Mughal era. Continue to Jama Masjid, one of India’s largest historic mosques, located in the heart of Old Delhi.
Next, visit Raj Ghat, the memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, followed by Humayun’s Tomb, an important example of early Mughal architecture and another UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Continue your sightseeing with the Lotus Temple, recognised for its distinctive lotus-shaped design, and Qutb Minar, the towering medieval minaret and UNESCO World Heritage Site in south Delhi.
Later, drive past India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhavan, the official residence of the President of India, offering an opportunity to see some of the city’s most prominent landmarks and government buildings. If time permits, visit Lakshmi Narayan Temple, also known as Birla Mandir, before returning to your hotel.
Overnight: Delhi
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and begin your private drive from Delhi to Mandawa, a historic town in Rajasthan’s Shekhawati region, known for its richly decorated havelis and traditional merchant heritage.
On arrival, check in at your hotel and take some time to relax after the journey. Later in the day, explore the streets of Mandawa at a leisurely pace. The town is particularly known for its beautifully painted havelis, where colourful frescoes depict scenes from local life, mythology and the region’s history.
Your evening walk offers a chance to experience Mandawa beyond its monuments, with traditional architecture, local shops and everyday life forming part of the town’s character. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Mandawa.
Overnight: Mandawa
After breakfast, spend some time exploring Mandawa before checking out of your hotel. If time permits, take a final walk through the old town to see more of its painted havelis and traditional Rajasthani architecture.
Later, continue your private drive to Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan and popularly known as the Pink City. On arrival, check in at your hotel and take the evening to relax after the journey. If you prefer, you can also use your free time to take a short walk around the local area or explore a nearby market.
Overnight: Jaipur
After breakfast, begin your full-day sightseeing tour of Jaipur with a visit to Amber Fort, the impressive hilltop fortress known for its Rajput architecture, courtyards and decorative halls. You can explore the fort on foot and enjoy views of the surrounding Aravalli hills.
Continue to Jal Mahal, the historic Water Palace set in the middle of Man Sagar Lake, followed by a photo stop at Hawa Mahal, Jaipur’s distinctive five-storey façade built with numerous small windows and balconies.
Next, visit the City Palace, a historic royal complex that combines Rajput and Mughal architectural influences. Its courtyards, gateways, museums and palace buildings offer insight into Jaipur’s royal history.
Later, visit Galta Ji, also known as the Monkey Temple, a historic pilgrimage site located in a natural valley on the outskirts of Jaipur. The complex features temples, natural water pools and surrounding hills, with monkeys commonly seen around the site.
In the evening, spend some time exploring Jaipur’s local markets, where you can browse traditional textiles, handicrafts, jewellery and other Rajasthani products. Return to your hotel after sightseeing.
Overnight: Jaipur
After breakfast, check out and drive to Agra. En route, visit Chand Baori in Abhaneri, a historic stepwell known for its striking geometric design. Continue to Fatehpur Sikri to explore its impressive Mughal-era monuments, including Buland Darwaza and the former royal complex. Later, continue to Agra and check in at your hotel.
Overnight: Agra
Start early with a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal, one of India’s most iconic monuments and a “UNESCO” World Heritage Site. Afterward, return to your hotel for breakfast and check out. Visit Agra Fort, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, before beginning your private drive back to New Delhi. Your 7-day Golden Triangle and Mandawa tour ends with your arrival in Delhi.
